Description

Lady Tullibardine (1874-1960) had married into a prominent aristocratic family and was an active figure in public life. She was a popular speaker at anti-suffrage events in Scotland. However as the Duchess of Atholl, she became Scotland's first woman M.P. in 1923, and the first Conservative woman minister the next year.
This leaflet is undated but would have been printed soon after Lady Tullibardine gave her speech in 1913.
